Mediation can conclude in as little as one single session, however, there are times where the Mediation process can continue for a number of sessions until an agreement is reached.
Once all parties agree, a Settlement Agreement is drafted, and this needs to be made an order of the court or to represent to your legal team.

At the end of the mediation process, we will provide the parties with a Settlement Agreement. This document details all the points of agreement reached during the mediation process.
